    Hi,

Guess you have set this email address in WP dashboard Settings > General? Or did you use the shortcode [contact email_to=”your-email-here”]

If this is set correctly, maybe your provider has blocked the mail function on the server. You should ask them OR try another contact form plugin first and see what happens.

I tried both ways and it doesn’t receive the emails either way.

I have tried a few other contact form plug ins and it worked however I do not like theirs very much – the designs weren’t clean and simple.

Strange indeed, because it uses the default WP-mail function that’s part of your WordPress install..

Did you test the form by entering a ‘normal’ email address in the Email field? Maybe your server OR mail provider (Yahoo/Hotmail/etc) blocks messages from strange looking email addresses.

I did not try a hotmail/yahoo email address when testing out the form. Will do that and see what happens.

Thank you for all your help!

I mean, when you enter a strange looking email address such as info@test.com some hostingproviders will not deliver that message because it looks spam/fake. So please test the form also with entering a normal email address in the email input field.
