    Hi,
I am facing a big problem. I got a email from my host to backup all my data as they are closing their company. So i started taking backup. I have backed all of my sites including the whole home directory. Now I have all the files including wp-admin, wp-content,etc. But the real concern is they closed the server before i can take backup of the sql.

Now the problem is I don't have the sql fie, but have wordpress files. I am not sure if i will able to get back the sql from my host. It was my mistake as i failed to backup the sql file.

Is there any options host my site in another host with the sql file. is it possible by any means?

    Badly need help, thanks

if you dont have a backup of the database, your SOL. Content (posts, comments, etc..) are not stored anywhere else but there.

If you have managed to make friends with googlebot, and allow caching, search for google's cached versions of your various pages.

well, google's cache of of your site is going to allow you to at least copy and paste some of your content, posts, comments, etc..

Thats your last resort without having a backup.
