I received an email from my hosting provider, stating that my site is causing other sites on my server to run slow because the wp-cron file is coming up to much and if it continues my hosting will be suspended. Can anybody tell me what the wp-cron.php file is, what it does, and possibly how I can resolve this issue? If needed I can include a copy of the email that was sent. It's a pretty general email but, let me know..

    The site is notsomotivational.com

    Thanks.

I received an email from Just Host telling me:

As you probably aware, here at Just Host we proactively monitor all our servers to ensure that our clients websites are loading as fast as possible at all times. During this routine monitoring we have found that your account is utilizing an excessive amount of system resources, and we have been forced to suspend your site as per our terms and conditions '10% CPU Policy'

Does anyone know what on my Wordpress blog could be taking up so many resources and if there is a host that doesn't have a 10% CPU policy?
    Thanks,
    foodrambler

I'm also with Just Host and keen to find out how to reduce the CPU usage. in particular with the wp-admin/index.php file.

So, it's my dashboard rather than the site itself, could it be the stats plugin, my theme, or something else?
    Thanks,
    kozdesign
