How to make it sticky

Hi.
Its really a nice plugin i stuck with among 100 of others i have tried. The only thing that i need to know is how to make it sticky on the left side like other plugin offers.
Also i have seen this thread http://wordpress.org/support/topic/use-pop-up-instead-of-blank-page?replies=27 to open it in pop up but would love to have some sort of checkbox thing in setting to open it in popup.\
