Insert a redirect tag in a page to send people out of Wpress

    I prepared a squeeze page that it is not responsive in wordpress. The squeeze software I use (InstaBuilder) at least lets me redirect people to any inner page when they visit on a mobile device. So how can I create a redirection tag on this page I chose with InstaBuilder to send them to my custom built HTML REsponsive squeeze page?
    I know in html the head tag is refresh and its a piece of cake… but how do I do it in Wpress?
