Added a social media icon to my header but is not displayed in all pages, it is just displayed at homepage. Help, please!

You should always post a link to your site so we can examine it to see what the problem might be. It is impossible to offer any suggestions just based on your short description.

The problem is with this image tag:
```
<img src="wp-content/uploads/2014/06/icon-google-plus5.jpg" alt="Google+">
```
You should change it to either this:
```
<img src="/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/icon-google-plus5.jpg" alt="Google+">
```
or this (probably better):
```
<img src="http://www.accountasyougo.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/icon-google-plus5.jpg" alt="Google+">
```
