Facebook wants to keep it all for themselves

I do have this plugin working on all fronts.
I installed it about a year ago.
The documentation was AWFUL, dreadful, frustrating. Missing 10’s of steps in how to install and get it working. For a multi-billion dollar company, they should take more pride in their work.

The plugin should allow both wordpress and facebook comment systems to work simultaneously. It doesn’t. Facebook wants everything to itself.
I have posted a couple of times to the support asking how to do this, with no responses.

The part that does work – sharing, posting to Facebook, like, share buttons, recommended posts, works great! The comment system works well too, but again, Facebook wants it all and prevents you from having both comment systems working at the same time.
