Centering on Mobile phones

First of all thank you for this great plug-in!

If I view the following page http://www.margotvanderstraeten.com/margot-vanderstraeten-interviewt-saskia-sassen/ on my iphone/ ipad, the columns disappear (which I understand due to the size of the screen) But the text gets all centred. What can I do to make it line up to the left?
