Widely Theme – Included Contact page not showing?

Hi, I am using the free Widely theme pack and for some reason the stock contact page isn’t showing. So instead, I created a page and added a contact form using jetpack.

Is there any way I can get the contact page to show up?

It’s suppose to look like this
