What is the definition of “playoff=1” ?
playoff=1 is an attribute created in version 1.9.2 to display ranked only the matches that are not part of the group stage.
I don’t see reason to set a zero score for those who hit the draws, but either way this is set up in Admin >> World Cup >> Predictions >> Configure Scoring in the option “Points for guessing a draw”.

When penalties i put 0-0 for penalties and the point are given like the first round.
