    Hi Rhand,

    Thanks for hopping in the forum. When an email is successfully submitted with the form, there should be a green success message(Success, you’ve been signed up! Please look for our confirmation email!). This will be inserted directly above the form.

    After the success message the subscriber will receive an email to confirm their address. When they confirm they will be sent to the MailChimp SignUp Thank you page.

    All response emails and pages related to signup are handled by MailChimp and can be customized in the list settings. Here’s a great guide from the MailChimp that can help with customizing those pages: http://kb.mailchimp.com/article/how-do-i-build-and-design-my-signup-form-and-response-emails
