User settings area looks wrong

    The user settings area in the WordPress installation of a site we host is listing everything vertically. The following is a list of plugins that are used in this site:

    Antispam Bee

    Email Login
    Flexi Pages Widget
    Google Analytics for WordPress
    Gravity Forms
    Gravity Forms Directory & Addons
    Gravity Forms PDF Extended
    iThemes Security
    QTVR Viewer
    Really Simple CAPTCHA
    Responsive Slider
    s2Member Framework
    Simple Page Ordering
    Subpages in Context
    Ultimate Security Checker
    Widgetize pages Light
    WP Maintenance Mode

    Check this screenshot please and let me know what I can do to fix this:

    Wow, that is amazing!

    Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fourteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue, as Theme functions can sometimes interfere like plugins.
