"Insert Attribute" button is unavailable in WP 3.9.

    Hello.

    I’ve just upgraded my installation of WP from 3.8 to 3.9.
    After that, I noticed that “Insert Attribute” button disappeared from TinyMCE’s menu.

    Isn’t it available in WP 3.9?
