Aggregator plugin breaks custom post type permalinks

    Hi,

    I just noticed by chance that my custom post types were throwing up a 404 error.

    After troubleshooting it, it seems that the WP RSS aggregator plugin and more specifically the categories plugin – is what’s the cause. If I deactivate it, custom post types all come back again. Turn the plugin back on, and they all 404 again.

    I’ve tried resaving permalinks and checked htaccess every time. Weird.

    Has anyone else had this same issue?

    Any ideas?
