A few simple, basic feature requests

Hey Mike,

I’ve been using this excellent little plugin on a couple of blogs and like it a lot. I know you’re trying to keep it really simple, and I can appreciate the value of that. However I wondered if you’d consider a few very simple feature additions?

• Option to add it at the top of posts, the bottom of posts, or both top and bottom.
• Option to have the posts list expanded already.

The value of the 1st is that people need to know there’s another post when they get done reading the current one, not so much when they start. The 2nd one allows them to see and click through to the other posts. As it is now both of these kinda run counter to UX best practices.
