All endpoints: "Nothing found for the requested page. Try a search instead?"

All endpoints are going to a page that says, “Nothing found for the requested page. Try a search instead?” Both Account and Checkout endpoints do this.
Note that this is not a 404.
I’ve already gone under Permalinks and saved numerous times, with no change.
I disabled user accounts for the time being, as this store needs to go live ASAP, but it doesn’t matter because I still need an endpoint for after the user redirects back from PayPal.
Any help is appreciated.
