WP Category post plugin error in WP2.6

This is the most popular plugin in generating a list of post from specified category.
I have upgraded to 2.6 and now this is not working. Is there any way other to get list of post form specify category,

I AM PASTING CODE OF THE PLUGIN HOPE SOME PROGRAMMER FIND OUT WHT IS THE PROBLEM
