Featured image thumbnail position in posts

Hi there..

Would anyone know some code for making the featured image thumbnail position itself on the same side of its content aligning only to the left in posts?

Currently the default featured image thumbnail alternates position per post – that is, aligning either on the left side in one post and then to the right in another and so on.
