    Howdy,

    No, individual subscribers can unsubscribe themselves either via http://subscribe.wordpress.com.

    If you have the Subscriptions module inactive, we will not send posts to those subscribers. If you reactivate Subscriptions in the future, those folks would begin to receive e-mails again.
