Product or category specific Purchase Receipt text

I have two different categories of products. Is there a way to customize the Purchase Receipt based upon which category has been purchased? I basically need to add one line of information that is conditional. Purchasing from both categories in the same transaction shouldn’t occur often, but in that event I suppose I’d like for both conditional messages to show.
