    Hi Charles Sandor,

It looks like your server doesn’t meet jigoshop requirements of Jigoshop plugin… namely php 5.3 or above.

Hmmm…. the site is hosted on GoDaddy. I will have to talk to them.

I have contacted the developer of the plugin who is working on a solution. He has set me up with an older version of the plugin while he works and resolving the problem with the latest version.

    Hi Charles,

thanks for letting us know. I will keep this post open until you confirm that you have managed to upgrade to the latest version.

I have this same issue, has there been a resolution? I have the correct PHP version

@coreyhammond: If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else’s topic.

It seems odd that if I’m having the same exact issue and others are looking for the same resolution, that we wouldn’t post in the same thread so people can find a common solution.

@coreyhammond: These forums have guidelines. Please read them. As you will see, one of these guidelines – entitled Where to Post – specifically states:

Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic.

    Please abide by this.

This topic has been isolated as a PHP issue. Sites using Jigoshop now need a minimum of PHP 5.3 to run as new functions as of Jigoshop 1.9.6 require it. This has also been updated in the latest release of Jigoshop 1.10.3.

    Marking a resolved.

Hello, I am having this issue also. I just updated the plugin. My hosting site is running PHP 5.4. I am using Vantage as the theme- could this be the issue?

@lilfrankie — I doubt that it is theme related. We can take a look if you can send us FTP and Admin access to support@jigoshop.com.

Thanks for your response Michael. The tech support of my hosting company restored the site and had me run the update again and it crashed the site again. However, nothing showed up on their error logs. I will email you with the FTP and Admin access.
