  • Hi Phil,

    According to the FAQ, the SOAP extension has to be enabled in php.ini. Is the following line present in your php.ini file?

    extension=php_soap.dll

    Cheers,
    Ervin

    I’ve tried to add this in but still am getting the errors.

    Can someone explain to me where to add in this in?

    Hi Nia,

    You need to go into Wamp and tick php_soap under the PHP extensions.

    I hope that helps?

    Phil

    Turns out my hosting company doesn’t support SOAP php so will be moving to Mailchimp instead. Thanks for your help!
