Hi Kookidooki,
Sometimes I get this message myself when I update a plugin, but I’ve not been able to understand the reason.
Usually, to fix this issue, I delete the existing plugin, clear the browser cache, and reinstall the plugin from the repository.
Please let me know if that works for you!
Hi Andrea.
Followed your instructions by deleting the plugin, clearing all caches (browsers and W3 Total Cache), but still same problem.
Any idea?

Create another user with admin status, and log in as the new admin. Does that help?
Hi Andrea,
Followed your instructions by giving other user the super-admin status, but still same problem.
Any Idea?
Hi Andrea,
Have you already found a solution for this error?

I’m afraid I’ve run out of suggestions, I’d have to take a look at your site. But since this is against this forum policy, please read which other free support options you have.
