    Hi, @slidervilla,

I installed the Lite version of your slider and made some tests on my website. The 3D effects are very beautiful but in general I have several remarks which stop me from making the slider live on my website:

    1. I didn’t see an option to add media images in the slider – there are options only for pages/post and I think this is a great disadvantage. For example, I want (and I suppose many other like me) to pick any image by my choice and attach a custom link to it in the slide (including external links, not only links to pages/posts within the same website).

    2. The slider is not responsive. I saw that the PRO version should be responsive but it is not – when I narrow my browser window the images in the slide are getting flat and deformed instead of the whole slider to resize itself and to keep the original ration.

    3. You can add some non-linear speed at the beginning and at the end of the slide transition – for example, in the beginning it is slower, in the middle the transition is faster, then again it slows down before completion of the transition. The effect is spectacular.

    4. Personally, I am inspired by this 3D slider

but it is not for WordPress and they stopped developing it, so there are some issues with it. So, I was searching for an alternative to it and I came upon your slider. It works on IE 11. I think you can get some fresh ideas for improvements.

I like the other features of the slider – unlike other 3D sliders your slider still shows 2D slide effects on IE11, which is good! I hope you will take my message constructively and do some significant improvements. I think this is the way to have lots and lots of downloads of this plugin.

    Best regards 🙂

    Dear @lyubomir

Thanks for providing a detailed feedback. I am glad that you installed and tested the plugin but few things that I like to highlight here.

    1. Media Upload Is Available – Dbox and other SliderVilla sliders are having option to upload image through media library option. Click on “Add New” under Media Library on dashboard and once the image uploads, click on edit button. On edit media, you can see a post meta box named “Dbox Slider” where you can add that image to the slider, provide any internal or external link in the field “Slide Link” field and provide othet details as well. Once you check the box “Add this image to the slider”, the media image will be added to teh slider with provided details. You can see the added slides under “Sliders” page available on Dbox Settings.

We are introducing easy upload option in our sliders and right now it has been rolled out in Listic Slider and will gradually roll out in others as well.

    2. Dbox Slider is responsive – Like other SliderVilla sliders, Dbox is also responsive and it looks great on all devices. We have used a timer to resize the slider on an interval and if you load the page having Dbox slider, the slider will appear awesome and adjusted to the width of the device. Please try that and let me know your feedback.

    3. We will be working on the non-linear speed and transition. I can assure you that the next version of Dbox will have that feature.

    4. Finally someone recognized that. All SliderVilla sliders work perfectly fine even on IE 7. Yes, we support IE7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and all other popular browsers. We test our sliders on all these browsers and sometimes provide fall back accordingly. But I can assure you that all SliderVilla sliders look perfectly fine all even older versions of IE. Only a developer can understand the pain of maintaining a design on all IE versions. 🙂

Yes, we have taken you feedback positively and will always keep working on improving Dbox and other SliderVilla sliders.

We are having 13 premium sliders, 4 free sliders and 4 powerful add-ons. We are committed to release at least 2 new sliders and 4 updates per month.

Our support through different channels are already best in industry and will continue doing the same. I would invite you to try our sliders on your live projects and even if you need some customization as per your need, I would be happy to do that without any extra charges. Looking forward to receive more such feedback. Thanks for your time.
