• Wonderful Plugin, thanks!!! Just one thing I find very confusing. On the Event Page Details you access after clicking on the event (where all event info is together with the google map), the post Entry date is displayed next to the Event title.

This is very confusing since at first sight, one spontaneously tends to see it as the Event date rather than the Entry date. I know the Event date is displayed below, but still, one just wonders what that first date is about and having 2 dates displayed together makes it pretty much puzzling.

Since the date the post was created has simply no interest whatsoever to the viewer, why displaying it next to the Event title and make it easy to confuse with the Event Date?

If for any reason the entry date should stay displayable, at least, please make it then an option to have it displayed or not.

Apart from that, this is the best Tour Date plugin I’ve found so far!

  • Hi Sevenprod,

The entry date is part of your theme. If you want to get rid of this you need to copy your single.php to a template called single-event.php and strip out the post meta bits.

There are loads of wordpress tutorials on how to create templates, I can’t really help much more as I don’t know what theme you are using.
