How long does it usually take to upgrade WP?

    I’m thinking of upgrading 3.5.2 to 3.9.1. I will be upgrading my localhost copy before the live site. I think I will have to do manual upgrade and test all the 10-12 plugins and everything else in the site. Just wondering how long does it take. I don’t know if I have to set aside a whole day for it.
