• Hello,

I’ve been experiencing this problem for a few weeks. The message with the fatal error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 201326592 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1938

appears when visiting the website for the first time – http://goodcustomerexperience.pl
When I refresh the page it loads properly. When visiting the website after some time the fatal error appears again.

I tried to switch off some plugins but it didn’t work. Would anyone be so kind to check it and help me solve this problem?
    Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately increasing the memory, even to 512M, didn’t help. Still receive the message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 201326592 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 71 bytes) in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1938

Any other ideas what to do?

Best way to solve this is by disabling plugins that you don’t use.

If that doesn’t work you need to contact your host, and ask if they can increase the PHP memory limit.

    Hi mate,
I have got the very same problem! I tried all options in terms of setting memory limit in htacces and wp-config but it does not work. I cannot even increase size of memory and I dont think it will help anyway…

My thought is that this is because of some plugin which has got sh*t code with memory leaks.

Could you provide me with list of your plugins ? Write me please on mail [redacted]. I will share my list with you as well, and may be we will find which one is causing that.

    Thanks
    Pavel

@pavelcz1982, could you create a new thread to discuss your issue: http://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting#postform – also note that these forums don’t provide email support

@eigak: are you using iTheme Security with automatic backup of database ? cause it looks that problem is there…

@pavelcz1982 I disabled Jetpack plugin and it helped with this issue – the problem didn’t appeared for about 10 days.
I use iTheme Security with automatic backup and it works well in my case.
