Site Refuses To Load – Can't Understand Error Report

    refuses to respond or even open up the admin panel. As a person who just manages content on the website I’m not entirely familiar as to how to get it running. I saw suggestions for having to entirely reset the website, but that would probably erase content which I’d like to avoid.

    Is there anyway someone can give me a step-by-step breakdown as to how to fix this problem?

    Your domain doesn’t respond to ping requests, http requests time out, and tracert repeatedly times out. It appears to be a domain issue rather than a WordPress issue. You may want to contact your hosts support group for assistance in diagnosing why your domain cannot be reached.
