Scheduling Posts Doesn’t Work!

    Hi all!

    I’m new to WordPress, scheduled a post for my website (www.BupGrade.com), and lo and behold, when I woke up this morning, the post had never been published. Has anyone else had this problem?

    I just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly:

    1. I select a ‘publish on’ date and time
    2. I hit publish
    3. the site should update at aforementioned time, correct?

    I’ve got the same issue. It just doesn’t happen.

    Does a cron job need setting up somewhere?

    I hit publish

    If it says publish then something is not right. It should say schedule.

    Nothing needs to be set. You go to add new post, when the post is ready you go to the right side where it says publish immediately, edit and click on edit, set the date, time and click on ok. The publish button will go away and be replaced by a schedule button.

    Hit schedule,the box will update showing the status of the post as scheduled. You are done.
