Incompatibility with new badge plugin

Hello, There appears to be an incompatibility issue when this plugin in installed with new product badge plugin.

The error output is:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare plugin_init() (previously declared in woocommerce/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-new-product-badge/new-badge.php:27) in woocommerce/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-product-image-flipper/image-flipper.php on line 26

One the new product badge plugin in uninstalled and this activated it works fine.
