I’m having the same problem. I’m using an up-to-date version of WordPress (clean install) with Twenty Twelve and all plugins deactivated and the default Ninja Contact Form (Ajax option not enabled), but it’s not working.
I hit submit and the page reload freezes up. I have to quit the browser before I can access any pages again on the site. The message gets saved, but not sent.
