I am on a multi-site and get the below area on the network dashboard widget for BruteProtect sometimes. I can refresh the page and it goes away first go most of the time. But I wondering if this is something I should try to solve or if this error is like the stats unavailable error which happens occasionally also and according to previous support can ignore.

    Hi Jay

I’m sorry you’re having issues. Are you saying that the error only lives within the BruteProtect widget, or are you seeing it somewhere else?

This occurs within the widget and I lose some css on that page. But I can still navigate everywhere fine. I was just wondering if this is something I should be worried about as in more than just the stats being unavailable . I haven’t noticed any other problems myself linked to it but maybe there is something in the background just thought I would let you know incase there is something I need to do on my end.

Here’s an article describing what we were going through when you were experiencing those issues.

Everything is back up, and working great. Let me know if you have any further issues.

    thanks,
