   My pictures will upload but thumbnails are not being produced.

   I'm having the same issue trying to get this working. I just installed the plugin today. I checked the live server and the images are there, just no thumbnails, it hangs at 0% creating thumbnails. I really want to use this gallery, the other ones don't impress me.
