Sitemap and planned posts

    Hello.
    I have problem with sitemap and planned posts.
    When I plan posts for weeks ahead, sitemap shows original posting date for each of this post. So for example, if I’ll post 12 posts for 3 months in advance, after this time sitemap will show today date by every entry.
    Do you know any solution for this?

    There’s no reason to do that because template I have crafted doesn’t show the problem – you will be unable to compare date published to date on sitemap.
    But problem exist, I just feel like I need to share with dev team.

    Scheduled posts will be displayed in the sitemap once they have been published. The date that we display will be the date that the post was last updated. This is correct behavior as per the XML Sitemap standards – http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html.
