@dyoung17, the video is opening but not in the middle of the screen. Do you see this behaviour if you switch to a different theme (example: Twenty twelve, thirteen)?
I reverted to the previous version (1.6.7) and I’m getting the same result.
It’s working fine on my other site: soundpic.com which is running 1.6.5
I downloaded the plugin from soundpic.com, deactivated and deleted it from babysfirstsapp.com and installed the ‘working’ plugin but that didn’t work either.
Hi @dyoung17 what other changes have you made in this website that stops the plugin from working as expected?
@mbrsolution I haven’t made any changes other than updating plugins and wordpress. I think it may be something with the prettyPhoto. When I turn off ‘use prettyPhoto’ the video redirects to youtube.
I need to get this fixed asap. We have an update of our app coming soon.

On babysfirstsapp, under Video Lightbox Settings:
set slideshow to 5000 and set theme to default which allowed me to see the player but only the top section.
when I inspected, the element.style was set to top:758.5px, but set to 178px on soundpic
so i added !important to the prettyPhoto.css file on babysfirstsapp (after checking stackoverflow for how to override ‘element.style’)
div.pp_pic_holder{top:178px!important;display:none;position:absolute;width:100px;z-index:10000}
