Max numbers of polls on one page?

    There is no max, you can have many polls on one page as you like but I will not recommend it because it might be heavy with all the sql queries.

    Would be helpful to use along with W3 total cache plugin?
    Any issue with that plugin that you aware?

    It will work with W3TC if you add wp_pollsa,wp_pollsq and wp_pollsip to the query ignore stem
