  • Have you tried reloading the WordPress files ( wp-admin and wp-includes folders) via FTP just in case you might be missing some files or maybe some were corrupted when originally installed?

Save your theme reinstall the WordPress and active your theme again.

I didnt understand … how do I activate my theme again ?

Sometimes, as I’ve recently had to do, is ask the host. No Data Received sometimes can deal with the database, like if a table has crashed or you need to repair it.

It’s not a WordPress specific issue. Try asking your web host

can you install the WordPress again. download a fresh copy of WordPress install it and save your wp-content folder and when you install your wordpress keep your wp-content file there and delete the new one. and please save your database as well.

Spyro webz – it’s not a WordPress problem.

I already told her the same thing early on and she said she already did it. You just told her to do it again after I suggested it. Please read the replies before submitting the same thing.
