You can hide the comment section for any individual page or post. First, open the page or post in the editor. Scroll down and you should see a section in the middle called Discussion. If you do not see this section, then in the upper right corner of the window, click the gray Screen Options tab, and check the box marked Discussion.
In the Discussion section, uncheck the box that is labeled Allow comments. Click the Update button.
I have the same issue, and unchecking the discussion box under Screen Options is not working for me. Multiple tries on different pages hasn’t worked.

No, read the instructions again. You check the Discussion box in the Screen Options section so the Discussion section will show up at the bottom of the post editor. Then you uncheck the box labeled Allow comments In the Discussion section.

I woiuld like to remove “Leave a reply” and “comment section” only on pages http://hannasles.com/profile/
But I would like to keep “leave a reply” and “comment section” on posts.
would you plz tell me what changes I should make?
