I’ve done some testing with the following filenames:
beer-123.jpeg
other_test_123.jpeg
test-_123.jpeg
No problems there.
Can you make sure the images are actually attached to the post? They should not just be “in the post” but attached.
If that doesn’t solve it, can you post some of your filenames?

its not the file name.. its the post name.. and my files are all mp3s..
everything is ok, its just the zipfile name…
on the file zip-attachment.php line 69
i tried removing .$filename. and it worked, but the zip doesn’t have a file name anymore..
Please help me fix this..

I’ve added a function to clean up the post title so the zip filename doesn’t have problems.
Update to the 1.1 version from your WordPress admin and let me know how it goes.
