Hi Devin,
For me, the “Email This” redirects me to my gmail coz I have seen the pop-up before and set it up. As for others, they see a pop-up that opens and closes automatically. And another says they don’t see anything happening at all.
For “@Mail” when I click it does not work at all, nothing happens.. We all use both firefox and chrome.
Btw, do you have an option for email when they click it goes to a live contact form page? (pop-up form is even better). So users don’t have to use go login to their own email accounts and create from there.

@tifa – Okay, thanks for the info. What version of the plugin are you using? Wondering if you’re using a version prior to the fix we implemented for the email button.
Love your feature request for the pop-up contact form. Not a feature yet, but it’s a great idea!

Hi Devin,
Sorry, I was busy and forgot to reply here. Anyway, I updated to the latest version but the “Email This” and “@Mail” still does not work on other browser like chrome. But we decided to go for “Google App Mail” which works perfectly fine, regardless of browser.
