Permalink Edit Problem

    I added a bunch of pages and had no trouble editing the permalinks for all of them except one: the Blog page. For some reason, it keeps adding a number at the end of the permalink and I just want it to say http://www.sitename.com/blog. Right it says http://www.sitename.com/blog-3. I think it has a 3 because I deleted the entire page and tried to add it again. How do I get rid of the 3. I’ve tried to click edit to change it, but when I click “OK” it just reverts back.

    Make sure you empty the trash for your posts and pages. This should then clear up the database and allow you to use your desired slug of /blog.
