Hi Riggie,
Can you duplicate this problem with all plugins deactivated and your theme set to twentyfourteen?
Hi Kurt,
All plugins deactivate, and theme set to twentyfourteen, made no difference… after clicking “I’m done”, I don’t get the graphs, but just see the list of scans…
If you look at the help page, under the question “Is my site using an opcode optimizer?” what does it say?
It says:
Your site is using the IonCube loader. This has not been known to cause problems with P3.
Your site is using the Zend Guard loader. This has not been known to cause problems with P3.
P3 has been tested with these individually and they have not been known to cause problems. However, together, they have been known to cause problems. These extensions can obfuscate the data P3 uses to analyze your site’s performance and this will cause a blank scan.
I turned off both IonCube and ZendGuard, and then turned off only ZendGuard.
In both cases, after clicking “I’m done”, it returns my blog home page, with this url: http://freyer.com/?P3_HIDE_ADMIN_BAR=1
Hi riggie11,
Can you e-mail [email address moderated – these forums do not provide support via email] ? I’ve reached the end of my ability to troubleshoot on the wordpress forums and we’ll need to take this to a private conversation to continue investigating this.
@kurt Payne: Please do not solicit contact via email. Posting your email address or asking others to contact you off forums is really frowned upon here. This is to protect users and to prevent people from trying to solicit work or harvest email addresses from the forums.
Additionally, the point of these community-based forums is to help each other in a public space so that the whole community can benefit from the discussion and any solutions proposed. Private discussions take this benefit away. If you would prefer a one-to-one discussion, please try http://directory.codepoet.com/ or http://jobs.wordpress.net/
All righty then … I guess I can’t really help any further. Sorry about that.
@kurt Payne: Are you the plugin developer? If so, why aren’t you using one of the WPORG plugin developer accounts to answer these topics?
@esmi Yes I am the plugin author. I work for GoDaddy.
Hi Kurt,
Please email me at info@freyer.com, and I’ll post the solution here once we’re done…
thanks,
Riggie
I am the plugin author. I work for GoDaddy.
Then can I suggest that you either use one of the 2 GD WordPress.org accounts associated with that plugin. Or add your Kurt Payne account as a plugin contributor when you update the plugin. Either will ensure that you are clearly identified as the plugin author when answering topics – which should stop mods (like myself) interfering with your topics when you ask people to contact you. 🙂
OK thanks, makes sense… will do so.
P3 Profiler is working now.
The problem in the end was the DAP and CI Backlinks plugins which
are most likely due to conflicting versions of jQuery UI.
Thanks for your help Kurt!
