I am running this on a fresh install of osTicket 1.9.1. Everything on the WP side is configured. When I go to my support page on WP, I see the top part of my page. The footer is over half way up the page. It shows no option for anyone to submit a ticket. Thinking this was a possible conflict with my theme, I switched to the default Twenty Eleven theme. Similar. No showing of the open a new ticket or check ticket status buttons.

My support page created in WP is /support. The installation directory of osTicket is /helpdesk… Therefore, it’s not an issue of both having the same name.

    Hello,

It is most likely an issue with the theme.
Untill we implemented shortcodes this will cause issues for most.

I would recommend checking header.php and footer.php and make sure it matches.

If you have spyropress or anything similar you sometimes need to add the page to the theme files.

Does the admin side load the tickets fine and can see some existing tickets? (then we know the configuration part is correct)

    Regards,
    Marco

    Hello,

in v1.1 we now implemented shortcodes.

Please go to your ticket page and put in:

    [addosticket]

This should resolve any theme related issues.

    Regards,
    Marco
