Update missing and pages not rendering

Dear Mr. Kemp,

I’m having a bit of trouble with the shortcodes plugin.

When I place a shortcode anywhere in a post, it prevents any of the post from rendering. I simply get a post with a headline and nothing else.

I see in the other thread that someone else had this same problem and you were able to suggest a modification to a price.phtml file that resolved it. If you could share more detail on that solution, perhaps I can fix the rendering problem by using that.

Meanwhile, since wordpress tells me I am running the 1.01 version of your plugin, I first attempted to download an uppdate. But after installing the files (both the ones that showed up by default on your site and then purchasing another set) I see than I am still running version 1.01. This version 2.1.1 has proven elusive, so I’m not sure if it contains a fix or not.

And any advice you have about how to obtain the actual update, that would be useful, too.
