   Great plugin - just what I needed

   I had one problem, when I was on any individual page template page, the links at the right to 'manage templates' and to create a new page from the template weren't working. I compared edit-page-template-page.php with edit-post-template-page.php and manage-templates-page.php, and altering the paths on lines 130 and 131 of edit-page-template-page.php to 'edit.php?page=post-template/includes/manage-templates-page.php' as in the other files seemed to do the trick.
