Just wanted to make you aware that if you make any edits to an already published post ( e.g. edit title ) from quick edit ( post listing view ) it will send out an email as if it was just published.

It will not send a mail, if the current post status is published and you have updated the post.
It will send a mail, if the current post status is draft and you have updated and publish it again.

Please use plugin version 1.4. I have introduced new method as per users suggestion.
