    The problem I had was that I need to show result files that my plugin parses and puts on the right places on screen. These are currently pre-formatted UTF8-textfiles like here

    And this preformatted stuff just doesnt cut it on pdf….

    Yes, I understand now, Peter.

    Indeed, not only does TCPDF not always handle preformatted text well, but logistically, we have the issue of how to properly handle horizontal scrollbars (and content in such a container).

    Theoretically, if we could calculate the proper point size required to reduce such blocks to fit within the margins, I suppose we could do a better job of formatting the output, but right now, the plugin isn’t quite up to that level of sophistication.

    I believe I have a ticket open in my internal bugtracker for better handling of “oversized” content. I’ll add a reference to this thread.

    Sorry I don’t have a fix for you at this point. I’m only marking this resolved because for the time being, this is an enhancement request.
