Thanks for feedback. This notice plugin shows only for first comment in the blog for a commentator. So, the next comments will be without any notices.
The notice it is an indicator that shows, that comment is good and well (not spam). I think it’s very conveniently for blog author, the author can see (when post dummy guest comments) that the spam protection works well and doesn’t stop valid comments.
Should we add option to disable notice or should we change the notice text?

I actually played around a bit and figured out how to change it so I can leave a short message for new commenters letting them know how to connect with me on Twitter. I actually like how it turned out!
I think either method would be fine. Being able to turn the message on/off would be very simple; blog authors could turn it on if they want to post a dummy comment for testing purposes, and then turn it off so actual commenters don’t have to see it.
