translation page blank

    just checked and this happens only when I set Italian from the home page. If I get into a post then set it in Italian, it gets translated normally. What’s wrong with the homepage? Any suggestion?

    Most likely a memory issue, homepage tends to consume more then internal pages

    I increased the memory up to 116M.
    The default language works fine, but the Italian translation it gives a blank page.
    I tried with a different browser and it says HTTP error 500
    Any suggestion on how to fix this?

    You need to find (and maybe create) your php error log and let us know what is written there, I still suggest increasing the memory further.
