    Hi Gordon,

The links are currently hidden from search because there is not pages which output anything. For instance if you have a link titled “Sample” and you search for sample, a link to a blank page would show up.

If you want to add this to your search the first thing you would want to do is adjusted the custom post type simple_link to be searchable. And secondly, filter the_title() to link to link’s link instead of the auto generated permalink.

Sorry I don’t have any scripts handy to do this, although it sounds like a cool feature or add-on to write.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Mat,

Is this something that you’d be interested in doing for a fee? I have a modest budget to work with, and if I could make it so that the links could be found through WP search, and also displayed in some logical result, it would add value for me, plus you’d have an enhanced plugin.

    Hi Gordon,

It is definitely something I have the ability to write. Currently I am pretty booked up, however much of what I do professional is with Modern Tribe and Dlish Design.

If you would like to contact Dlish http://dlishdesign.com/#contact they should be able to get it on my schedule. I will let them know you may be contacting them.

    Have a great weekend!
